Introduction
KEWEI SAC305 lead-free solder wire is a commonly used welding material in the electronics industry. It is composed of Sn96.5Ag3.0Cu0.5, meeting environmental protection requirements such as RoHS and REACH. With a melting point of about 217℃, it has good wettability and soldering reliability, which can form firm solder joints. This solder wire features low spatter, little smoke, and good solderability, and is widely used in manual soldering, selective soldering, wave soldering, and SMT soldering for instruments, home appliances, and other products.
